The Tánaiste holds the signed Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreement between bhsl and South Korea

On Friday 14th October 2011, the Tánaiste (Deputy Prime Minister of Ireland), Eamon Gilmore, TD, oversaw the signing of a memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement precedent to a joint venture between bhsl, KS Industry, and Gotham Orient Partners at the Seoul Plaza Hotel. All parties were special guests at a private trade briefing session and reception jointly organized by Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, which followed the signing ceremony.

The memorandum of understanding is the culmination of over one year of collaboration with bhsl’s Korean partners and marked the launch of a feasibility study focused on manufacturing, quality, and scalability precedent to a formal joint venture, expected to be established in Q1 2012.
